Orders
Every SWD product is made to order. Once you place your order, it is sent to our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful, where it is printed, quality-checked, and shipped directly to your delivery address. This approach reduces waste and ensures every item is produced specifically for you. Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. Because our products enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at insweats@gmail.com. Yes, if your order has not entered production. Once production has started or the package has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Shipping
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times: United States: 4–10 business days Canada: 5–12 business days International: 7–20 business days Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Returns & Refunds
Since every product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for: Wrong size ordered Wrong color selected Change of mind Buyer's remorse Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include: Your order number Clear photos of the issue A brief description If approved, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue. If eligible, we'll arrange either a replacement or a refund. Because every item is custom-made, we generally do not offer size or color exchanges. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly help resolve the issue.

Yes. We work with Printful, one of the world's leading print-on-demand fulfillment providers. Every product goes through quality checks before shipment. Not always.
